Media Release

Effective May 2026. This release covers STUDS-captured photos, video, and audio from booked events, including opt-out handling for identifiable guest use.

1. Grant

Host and named guests grant STUDS Scottsdale a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs, video, and audio captured at the event for STUDS marketing, social media, website, and printed materials.

2. Anonymization Opt-Out

Any guest may opt out of identifiable use by indicating so on arrival. Faces will be blurred or footage will be excluded from public posts.

3. Bride / Honoree Spotlight

The bride or named honoree retains the right to request removal of any identifiable footage of themselves from public channels within 30 days of posting.

4. No Compensation

No payment is owed to host or guests for content created at the event.
