Guest Consent

1. Adults Only

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Photo ID may be checked on arrival.

2. Conduct

Performers do not consent to physical contact beyond what is explicitly arranged in the booking. Touching, photographing genitals, or recording private body parts is prohibited and ends the experience immediately without refund.

3. Alcohol

STUDS performers do not purchase, provide, or supply alcohol. All alcohol is provided by the client. Performers may assist with serving, mixing, and pouring client-provided beverages. The host is solely responsible for guest alcohol consumption and any associated liability under Arizona law (ARS 4-311, 4-312).

4. Photography and Video

STUDS may capture photos and video at the event for marketing purposes. By booking, the host agrees that STUDS-captured content may be used for social media, website, and marketing materials. Guest faces are anonymized when guests opt out at the event. See our Media Release for full terms.

5. Service Scope

STUDS services include entertainment, hosting, serving, and event facilitation as described on each service page. Services do not include any sexual acts or contact beyond the scope of the booked experience.

6. Cancellation and Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. STUDS may reschedule once at no charge if performer availability changes. Full terms are provided at booking.
