How We Pay Our Performers

$85/hr to the crew. $50 operator margin. The price you see is the math.

The standard for male entertainment is to pay performers $25-50/hr and bury the markup behind a quote form. We do it the other way. Every cabana boy, butler, cowboy, host, and dancer on a STUDS booking earns at least $85 an hour — closer to a Scottsdale bartender wage than a gig-economy rate. We add a flat $50 operator margin per booking on top of crew pay, and that's it. No service fees. No tip-to-extend. No hidden percentage.

That's why we publish the rate. The math fits on the page: (2 performers × 2 hours × $85) + $50 margin gets you most of the way to $399. Better-paid performers stay in the business longer, show up sharper, and care about your bachelorette like it's their reputation. Because it is.

Are the hosts shirtless?

No. Game-night hosts stay shirted. The point is facilitation, not eye candy. If you want shirtless, book the cabana boys or butlers and we'll cross-train.

Do we need to buy anything?

The alcohol. We bring all twelve games, props, score cards, prizes, and the copper Jenga tower. Show up empty-handed except a fridge.

Is this good for groups who don't know each other?

It's the best thing for that. Half our bookings have bridesmaids meeting for the first time. The bracket scoring forces interaction faster than any other format.

Can we combine this with another service?

Yes. Game Night into Cabana Boys (next day) or Game Night into Private Show (same night) is our most-booked combo. Book together and we coordinate the transition.

Why match the comp's price instead of undercutting?

Because the comp pays their hosts $30-40/hr. We pay $85+. Same headline, double the labor cost — and our crew runs the room better because they're not phoning it in.
